Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order within the US. No minimum purchase needed.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, not including holidays. Delivery times are estimates, and carrier delays can happen, especially during holidays and bad weather.

Orders with multiple items

Our products ship from several suppliers, so if you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. You can also tap Track Order at the top of our website and sign in with the email you used at checkout.

Changes and cancellations

Orders are sent to our suppliers quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us right away. We'll do our best, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email us at support@dearwhisker.com and we'll look into it.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
