You can request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Just email us first at weslleysmith@aim.com and we'll send instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong. See our Return Policy for full details.

We accept major credit and debit cards, plus the other payment options shown at checkout. Every payment is processed through Shopify's secure checkout.

Our sweatshirts and mats include a size guide in the description. For sweatshirts, measure around the widest part of your dog's chest. If your pet is between sizes, size up. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help.
